Are you a service-oriented person who thrives in a varied role where administration and member support are the focus?

Riksförbundet FUB is Sweden's largest interest organization for people with intellectual disabilities. We work for participation, equality, and good living conditions, supporting our members, local associations, and county federations across the country.

We are now looking for an Association Coordinator who wants to become an important part of our secretariat and contribute to developing and supporting the organization's activities. The role combines ongoing administration and association development with practical office responsibility, giving you the opportunity to contribute to the development of our internal working methods. You will become part of the organizational support unit and work closely with our membership movement in your daily work.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle and administer incoming cases via FUB's switchboard and shared info email.
• Provide service, support, and guidance to members, volunteers, local associations, and county federations.
• Be responsible for the daily operation of the office.
• Manage the online shop, including inventory status and stocktaking.
• Compile and administer reporting to external funders.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes and digital working methods.
• Participate in the planning and execution of meetings, events, and other activities at the office.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in administrative work and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. Furthermore, you are accustomed to handling inquiries via phone and email and enjoy providing support and guidance to others. You have good system competence, work comfortably in Microsoft 365, and easily adapt to new digital tools and systems. To succeed in the role, you also need very good communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We would appreciate it if you had experience from the non-profit sector, either through work or personal commitment. Experience in association development or digitizing working methods and routines is an advantage.
